Daycare Tuition

Infant Care:   $300 FT   $265 PT

One year :    $285 FT   $255 PT

Two Years:   $265FT  $235 PT

Potty trained twos:   $250 FT   $225 PT

Three & Four Years:   $235 FT   $205 PT

* Fulltime- 26+ hours per week

*Part-time- 0-25 hours per week

*These rates are billed per week     

*The program is self-supported by user fees. 

Statements are prepared every Monday and payments are due on the following Friday by 5:30pm or late fees will be applied.

Enrollment & Dis-enrollment Procedures

At the time of registration, SUMC Daycare will need:

 ~A completed Daycare application and Emergency card (blue card).

~A copy of the Childs immunization record.

~A non-refundable registration fee of $275 per child or $350 per family.

~A signed Parent Handbook Agreement form

If a child must disenroll, the parent must notify the center in writing at least 2 weeks in advance and the account must be paid in full. SUMC Daycare may disenroll a child due to non- payment or lack of attendance.
